Trafalgar High School has engaged with 3rd party laptop supplier, Edunet to become our official school-approved supplier.
The following Edunet portal has been specifically designed for school environments. The online portal is a step-by-step process allowing you to select your device, accessories (if applicable), onsite warranty and insurance. They offer flexible payment methods and will ship the device directly to the school in a secure and timely manner.

Where a device has been bought through Edunet, additional support will include:
- Assistance with warranty/insurance claims and repairs
- Full support with hardware & software issues
- A suite of pre-loaded software and device imaging
- Opting into our Managed BYOD program provides your child with uninterrupted access to a device. If there is a warranty or insurance claim where your device is no longer functioning, a replacement loan device will be provided to ensure their education is not impacted.

When a device is sourced externally, what technical support can students expect from the schools IT Team?
- Connection to the school network, printers, Compass and email.
- Technicians will not be able to provide any hardware or software support for your device.
